Sometimes we just need someone to talk to about what is happening in our lives; to help us make sense of our world. Sometimes we find that the difficulties that we feel are affecting us on the surface may actually be based on thoughts or feelings about ourselves or the world that may go much deeper and be based on our early life experiences. Often we simply need to find a way to recognize the strengths and skills that we already possess so that we can use them to help ourselves. 

Its all okay. We can look into what you want to work on at your pace and explore further when and how you are ready. As we untangle the tangles, we can pick up skills to help us out along the way that can be used in other challenging situations. We will work together to help you achieve better overall wellness and a more joy-filled life.
